٣٠٩١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن المغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل افتض صبية قال: عليه عقرها.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding a man who has broken the hymen of a girl; he said: In this case, the man will be liable to pay the mahr of *waty bil-shubha* for that girl.
