Hadith 30911
٣٠٩١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن سفيان بن حسين عن الحسن قال: إذا زنى الرجل بالصبية جلد، ولم يرجم، وليس على الصبية شيء، وإذا زنى غلام بامرأة جلدت ولم ترجم، وعلى الغلام تعزير.
Hazrat Sufyan bin Husain narrates that Hazrat Hasan Basri said: When a man commits adultery with a small girl, he will be flogged and will not be stoned, and nothing will be obligatory upon the girl. And when a boy commits adultery with a woman, the woman will be flogged and will not be stoned, and the boy will receive a punishment less than the prescribed legal limit.
