٣٠٨٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن يعلي بن الحارث قال: حدثنا أبي عن غيلان بن جامع أن أشعث بن سليمان قال: جيء برجل إلى القاسم بن ⦗٣٨⦘ عبد الرحمن وهو قاض، (قال) (١): فشهد عليه أنه قال لرجل: يا روسبيح، فجلده الحد.
Hazrat Ash'ath bin Sulaiman narrates that a man was brought to Hazrat Qasim bin Abdur Rahman while he was a judge, and testimony was given against him that he had said to someone: "O wicked one!" So he enforced the prescribed punishment on him.
