Hadith 30889
٣٠٨٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن في الكافر يزني فيقام عليه الحد، ثم يسلم، فيقذفه رجل ويقول: إنما عنيت زناه الذي كان في كفره، قال: يقام على قاذفه الحد.
Hazrat Amr narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding that disbeliever who commits adultery and the prescribed punishment is carried out upon him, then he embraces Islam. After that, if someone accuses him and says: "Indeed, I meant that adultery which he committed while he was a disbeliever," he (Hasan Basri) said: The prescribed punishment will be carried out upon the one who accuses him.
