Hadith 30887
٣٠٨٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم في الرجل يقول للرجل: زنيت وأنت مشرك؟ قال: لا (يحد) (١).
Hazrat Shu’bah narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Hakam regarding the person who says to another man: "You committed adultery while you were a polytheist." He said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be imposed on him.
