Hadith 30834
٣٠٨٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري قال: إذا أعتق أو طلق السكران جاز طلاقه، وأقيم عليه الحد.
Hazrat Awza'i says that Hazrat Zuhri stated: If someone frees (a slave) or divorces (his wife) in a state of intoxication, then his divorce will be valid and the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be enforced upon him.
