٣٠٨٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن عبد الرحمن بن ⦗٢٠⦘ حرملة قال: طلق جار لي سكران فأمرني أن أسأل سعيد بن المسيب قال: إن أصيب فيه الحق: جلد ثمانين، وفرق بينه وبين أهله.
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Harmalah narrates that one of my neighbors gave divorce in a state of intoxication, then he instructed me to ask Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib about it. He said: If he is in the right regarding this, then he should be given eighty lashes and separation should be made between him and his wife.
