Hadith 30822
٣٠٨٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري قال: لو أن رجلًا قذف رجلًا فعفا وأشهد، ثم جاء به إلى الإمام بعد ذلك أخذ له بحقه، ولو مكث ثلاثين سنة.
Hazrat Awza'i says that Hazrat Zuhri stated: If a person accuses someone and then that person forgives him and makes witnesses, then after that he brings him again to the Imam, he will be held accountable for it, even if thirty years have passed.
