٣٠٨٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي (غنية) (١) عن أبيه عن الحكم قال: إذا قذف الرجل الرجل -وله أم يهودية أو نصرانية-، فلا حد عليه.
Hazrat Abu Ghaniyah narrates that Hazrat Hakam said: When a man accuses another man while his (the accused's) mother was a Jew or a Christian, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.
