Hadith 30819
٣٠٨١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن سفيان عن سعيد (الزبيدي) (١) عن حماد عن إبراهيم في الرجل يقول للرجل: لست لأبيك، وأمه أمة (أو) (٢) يهودية أو نصرانية، قال: لا حد عليه.
Hazrat Hammad narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding the person who says to another: "You are not your father's son, and your mother was a slave woman, or she was a Jew or a Christian." He said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him.
