Hadith 30816
٣٠٨١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي قال: سألت الزهري عن رجل نفى رجلًا من أب له في الشرك، فقال: عليه الحد؛ لأنه نفاه من نسبه.
Hazrat Awza'i says that I asked Hazrat Zuhri about a man who, during the time of polytheism, denies a person's lineage from his father. He replied: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him, because he has denied his lineage.
