٣٠٧٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي في رجل قذف ثم طلق ثلاثًا قال: يلاعنها ما كانت في العدة.
Hazrat Ismail bin Abi Khalid narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Sha’bi about a man who made an accusation and then gave three divorces. He said: He will perform li’an with his wife as long as she is in her waiting period (‘iddah).
