Hadith 30780
٣٠٧٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الشيباني عن الشعبي في رجل طلق امرأته طلاقا بائنا، فادعت حملًا (فانتفى) (١) منه (قال) (٢): يلاعنها.
Hazrat Shaibani states that it is narrated from Hazrat Sha’bi regarding a man who gave his wife an irrevocable divorce. Then the woman claimed to be pregnant, but the man denied the child. He (Sha’bi) said: He will perform li’an with her.
