Hadith 30779
٣٠٧٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا طلق ثلاثًا ثم انتفى من ولده وهو لا يملك الرجعة (جُلد) (١) وألزق به الولد، وإذا انتفى من ولده وهو يملك الرجعة لاعن ونفي عنه الولد، وإن كان (لم) (٢) (يقرّ به) (٣) قط.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: When a man gives his wife three divorces and then denies his child while he no longer has the right to take her back, he will be flogged and the child will be attributed to him. And when he denies his child while he still has the right to take her back, he will perform li'an (mutual cursing) and the child will be disassociated from him, even if he never acknowledged the child.
