Hadith 30778
٣٠٧٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن الحكم في رجل طلق امرأته ثلاثًا وهي حبلى، ثم انتفى (مما) (١) في بطنها قال: يجلد، ويُلزق به الولد.
Hazrat Mansur narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Hakam regarding a man who gave his wife three divorces while she was pregnant, then he also denied the child in her womb. He (Hakam) said: He will be flogged and the child will be attributed to him.
