Hadith 30777
٣٠٧٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته ثلاثًا ثم قذفها قال: يجلد الحد، إلا أن تكون حاملًا فإن (كانت) (١) حاملًا لاعنها.
Yunus narrates that Hasan Basri said: When a man gives his wife three divorces and then accuses her (of adultery), the punishment for false accusation (hadd-e-qazf) will be imposed on that man, unless she is pregnant. So if she is pregnant, then he will perform li'an (mutual cursing) with her.
