Hadith 30754
٣٠٧٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مبارك عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن يحيى بن يعمر قال: إن كان قد أقر فقد أنكر، يعني: الذي يقر بالحد، ثم يرجع.
Hazrat Qatadah states that Hazrat Yahya bin Ya’mur said: If someone confesses and then denies—that is, a person who admits to the prescribed punishment and then retracts.
