Hadith 30753
٣٠٧٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر وعطاء قالا: إذا أقر بحد زنا أو سرقة ثم جحد دُرِئ عنه (الحد) (١).
Hazrat Jabir narrates that Hazrat Amir Sha'bi and Hazrat Ata, both of these personalities, stated: When someone confesses to the hadd punishment for adultery or the hadd punishment for theft, and then retracts the confession, the punishment will be waived.
