في البكر والثيب ما يصنع بهما إذا فجرا؟Regarding the Virgin and the Elderly: What Should Be Done if Both Commit Zina?
Hadith 30704
٣٠٧٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شبابة بن سوار عن شعبة عن قتادة عن الحسن عن حطان بن عبد اللَّه عن عبادة بن الصامت قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "خذوا عني قد جعل اللَّه لهن سبيلًا: الثيب بالثيب، والبكر بالبكر، البكر يجلد وينفى والثيب يجلد ويرجم" (١).
Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Take the command from me; indeed Allah has prescribed a way for them: for the previously married with the previously married, and for the virgin with the virgin, such that the virgin is to be flogged and exiled, and the previously married is to be flogged and stoned.
