٣٠٦٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا تزوجها وهو غير مسلم لم تحصنه، حتى يطأها في الإسلام.
Yunus narrates that Hasan Basri used to say: When a man marries a woman while she is a non-Muslim, he does not make her a muhsan until he has intercourse with her in Islam.
