Hadith 30663
٣٠٦٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم في العبد تكون تحته الحرة، والحر (يكون) (١) تحته الأمة، فيزني أحدهما، قال: ليس على واحد منهما رجم حتى (يكونا) (٢) حرين مسلمين.
Hazrat Abu Ma'shar says that regarding Ibrahim, about the slave under whom there is a free woman or the free man under whom there is a slave woman, if any of them commits adultery, it is narrated about them that he said: The punishment of stoning will not be carried out on any of them until both of them are free Muslims.
