Hadith 30659
٣٠٦٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن (سعيد) (١) عن قتادة عن الحسن وهو قول قتادة أنهما كانا يقولان في الحرة تحت العبد (تزني) (٢): السنة (أنها) (٣) ترجم، وفي الحر تحته الأمة لا يرجم (٤).
Hazrat Qatadah and Hasan Basri used to say regarding the free woman who commits adultery despite being under the authority of a slave, that she should be stoned. And regarding the free man who has a slave woman under his authority, he will not be stoned.
