Hadith 30612
٣٠٦١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن يزيد عن أبي العلاء عن قتادة عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس في رجلين باع أحدهما الآخر، قال: يرد البيع، ويعاقبان، ولا قطع عليهما (١).
Hazrat Ikrimah narrates that regarding two men, it is reported from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that one of them sold the other. He said: The sale will be annulled and both of them will be punished, but the punishment of cutting off the hand will not be carried out on either of them.
