Hadith 30580
٣٠٥٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر (١) قال: حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن أبي حرة عن الحسن في غلام كان مع قوم في السوق، فسرق بعض متاعهم فقال: هو خائن ولا قطع عليه.
Hazrat Abu Hurrah narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding a slave who was in the market with some people and stole some of their goods. He said: He is a betrayer, and the punishment of cutting (the hand) will not be carried out on him.
