٣٠٥٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن ابن جريج عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "ليس على الخائن قطع" (١).
Hazrat Jabir narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The punishment of amputation will not be carried out on the one who commits treachery.
