في (العبد) يسرق من مولاه، ما عليه؟Regarding the Slave Who Steals from His Master's Property: What Punishment Should Be Applied?
Hadith 30473
٣٠٤٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن السائب بن يزيد أن عبد اللَّه بن (عمرو) (١) بن الحضرمي قال: أتيت عمر بغلام لي فقلت: أقطعه، قال: وما له؟ قلت: سرق (مرآة) (٢) لامرأتي خير من ستين درهمًا، قال عمر: غلامكم (سرق) (٣) متاعكم (٤).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Hazrami narrates that I brought my slave to Hazrat Umar and said, "Please cut off his hand." He asked, "What is his crime?" I replied, "He has stolen my wife's mirror, which is worth more than sixty dirhams." Hazrat Umar said, "Your slave has stolen your own property."
