Hadith 30471
٣٠٤٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يؤيد بن هارون عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا سرق الرجل من الغنيمة وله فيها شيء، لم يقطع، فإن سرق منها وليس له فيها نصيب قطع.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: When a man steals from the spoils of war while he also has a share in it, then his hand will not be cut off; but if he steals from the spoils of war while he has no share in it, then his hand will be cut off.
