Hadith 30470
٣٠٤٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبدة) (١) بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب في الرجل يسرق من الغنم، قال: ليس عليه حد إذا كان له فيه نصيب] (٢).
Hazrat Qatadah narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib regarding the person who steals from the spoils of war. He said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on him as long as he also has a share in it.
