٣٠٤٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن وابن سيرين كانا إذا سئلا عن الرجل (يقع) (١) على جارية امرأته (يتلوان) (٢) هذه الآية: ﴿وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ (٥) إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ﴾ [المؤمنون: ٥ - ٦].
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri and Hazrat Muhammad bin Sirin were asked about a man who has intercourse with his wife's slave-girl, so both of them recited this verse: Translation: And those who guard their private parts, except from their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for then they are not to be blamed.
