Hadith 30383
٣٠٣٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري في العبد إذا (كان) (١) تحته الحرة أنه إذا قذفها جلد، ولا يلاعن، وإذا كان حر تحته أمة فقذفها فإنه لا يجلد ولا يلاعن، وإذا كان عبد تحته (أمة) (٢) فقذفها فإنه (لا يجلد) (٣) ولا يلاعن.
Hazrat Muammar narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Zuhri regarding the slave that when he accuses her, he will be given lashes and he will not perform li'an. And when a slave woman is under a free man and he accuses her, then neither will he be given lashes nor will he perform li'an. And when a slave woman is under a slave and he accuses her, then neither will he be given lashes nor will he perform li'an.
