٣٠٣٨٢ - وقال عامر والحكم: في الحر تحته الأمة فجاءت بولد فانتفى منه، قال: ليس بينهما لعان، ويلزق به الولد.
30382 - ‘Amir and Al-Hakam said: Regarding a free man who is married to a slave woman, and she gives birth to a child and he denies paternity, they said: There is no li‘an between them, and the child is attributed to him.
