٣٠٣٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد في العبد تكون تحته الحرة فيقذفها، قالا: ليس بينهما ملاعنة، ويجلد.
Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad regarding a slave who is married to a free woman, and then he accuses her. Both of these personalities said: They will be flogged.
