٣٠٣٧٨ - والحكم عن إبراهيم والشعبي في (الرجل) (١) يكون تحته الأمة فيقذفها، قالوا: ليس بينهما تلاعن، وليس على قاذفها حد.
30378 - And al-Hakam narrated from Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi regarding (a man) (1) who has a slave woman as his wife and accuses her of adultery, they said: There is no mutual imprecation (li'an) between them, and there is no hadd punishment on the one who accuses her.
