Hadith 30376
٣٠٣٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن مطرف عن عامر في الأمة تكون تحت الحر فيقذفها] (١) قال: لا حد (عليهما) (٢)، ولا لعان.
Hazrat Mutarrif narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Aamir regarding the slave-girl who is under the authority of a free man, and then that free man accuses her. He said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on either of them, nor will there be li'an (mutual cursing).
