Hadith 30375
٣٠٣٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم وحماد عن إبراهيم في الأمة تكون تحت الحر فيقذفها، [قال: لا يضرب الحد ولا يُلاعِن.
Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad state that it is narrated from Ibrahim regarding the slave woman who is under the authority of a free man; if he accuses that slave woman, he said: the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on her, nor will he perform li'an.
