Hadith 30363
٣٠٣٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا (أكذب) (١) نفسه قبل أن تنقضي الملاعنة جلد وهي امرأته، وإن أكذب نفسه بعد الملاعنة فلا شيء.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: When a man denies his own statement before the completion of li'an, he will be flogged and she will remain his wife. And if he denies his own statement after the completion of li'an, then nothing will happen.
