٣٠٣٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن محمد بن (عمرو عن) (١) عمر ابن عبد العزيز قال: السلطان ولي من حارب الدين، وإن قتل أخا امرئ أو أباه.
Hazrat Muhammad bin Amr narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said: The ruler is the guardian of the person who fights for the religion, even if he kills someone's brother or his father.
