Hadith 30324
٣٠٣٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري في السكران: (إن) (١) (أعتق) (٢) أو طلق جاز عليه، وأقيم عليه الحد.
Hazrat Awza'i states that it is narrated from Hazrat Zuhri regarding a person intoxicated by wine that if he frees (a slave) or gives divorce, it will be accepted, and the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be established upon him.
