Hadith 30323
٣٠٣٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن محمد بن سالم عن الشعبي في النشوان (١): يقطع إن سرق، ويؤخذ (لجناياته) (٢) كلها.
Hazrat Muhammad bin Salim states that it is narrated from Hazrat Sha'bi regarding a person in the initial stage of intoxication, that if he commits theft, his hand will be cut off. And he will be held accountable for all criminal offenses.
