Hadith 30322
٣٠٣٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن حنظلة بن أبي (سفيان) (١) عن القاسم سئل عن السكران يسرق، فقال: إن كان يعرف بالسرقة قبل ذلك فاقطعه وإلا فلا.
Hazrat Hanzalah bin Abu Sufyan narrates that Hazrat Qasim was asked about a person who committed theft while intoxicated. He replied: If he was previously known for theft, then cut off his hand; otherwise, do not.
