Hadith 30321
٣٠٣٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب عن برد عن مكحول والزهري قالا: يجوز طلاق السكران، ويقطع إن سرق.
Hazrat Burd narrates that Hazrat Makhool and Hazrat Zuhri said: The divorce given by a person intoxicated with drunkenness is valid, and his hand will be cut off if he commits theft.
