٣٠٣١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد قالا: إذا قَتل السكران قُتل.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri and Muhammad said: If an intoxicated person, in a state of drunkenness, commits murder, he too shall be killed.
