Hadith 30285
٣٠٢٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: قال عطاء: إن شرب رجل من (المسكر) (١) ما بلغ أن يسكر؛ فقد وجب عليه الحد.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ata said: If a person drinks such an amount of an intoxicating substance that he reaches a state of intoxication, then indeed the prescribed punishment becomes obligatory upon him.
