Hadith 30205
٣٠٢٠٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن إسماعيل عن الحسن قال: إذا قذف الرجل في الشتاء لم يلبس ثياب (الصيف) (١)، ولكن يضرب في ثيابه التي قذف فيها، (و) (٢) إذا قذف في الصيف لم يلبس ثياب الشتاء، يضرب فيما قذف فيه.
Ismail narrates that Hasan Basri said: When a man accuses someone during winter, he will not be made to wear summer clothes, but he will be flogged in the same clothes in which he made the accusation. And when he accuses someone during summer, he will not be made to wear winter clothes; he will be flogged in the same clothes in which he made the accusation.
