Hadith 30197
٣٠١٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال: إذا دخل الرجل بالمرأة، ثم قال: لم أجدها عذراء، قال: يضرب الحد ولا يلاعن، لأنه لم (يقل) (١) إني رأيتك تزنين.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhi'b states that Hazrat Zuhri said: When a man has had intercourse with a woman and then says, "I did not find her to be a virgin," the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him and there will be no li'an (mutual cursing). This is because he did not say: "Indeed, I saw you committing adultery."
