Hadith 30176
٣٠١٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن مجاهد قال: يقول أهل مكة: إذا (فجرت) (١) الأمة ولم تكن تزوجت قبل ذلك، لا يقام عليها الحد.
Hazrat Mansur states that Hazrat Mujahid said: The people of Makkah say that when a slave-girl commits a sinful act and she was not previously married, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be established upon her.
