٣٠١٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة (عن) (١) صالح بن (حي) (٢) عن الشعبي [قال: حد المملوك ما بقي عليه شيء.
Hazrat Salih bin Hayy states that Hazrat Sha’bi said: The punishment for a mukatab will be the same as that for a slave as long as any part of the price of the contract of manumission remains due upon him.
