٣٠١٦٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة قال: حد المكاتب حد المملوك] (١) ما بقي عليه شيء من مكاتبته.
Hazrat Jarir narrates that Hazrat Mughira said: The punishment for a mukatab will be the same as that for a slave as long as any part of the price of his contract of manumission remains unpaid.
