الرجل يزني مملوكه، (يقام) عليه الحد أم لا؟Regarding the Man Whose Slave Commits Zina: Is Hadd Established?
Hadith 30152
٣٠١٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن عبد الأعلى عن أبي جميلة عن علي قال: أخبر النبي ﷺ بأمة لهم فجرت، فأرسلني إليها فقال: "اذهب، فأقم عليها الحد"، فانطلقت فوجدتها لم تجف من دمائها، فقال. "أفرغتَ؟ " فقلت: وجدتها لم تجف من دمائها، فقال: "إذا جفت من دمائها (فاجلدها) (١) "، ثم قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (و) (٢) أقيموا الحدود على ما ملكت أيمانكم" (٣).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that news reached the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding a slave girl belonging to some people, that she had committed a sin. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me to her and said: "Go and establish the prescribed punishment on her." So I went and found her in such a state that her blood had not yet dried. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Have you finished?" I replied: "I found her in such a state that her blood had not yet dried!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When her blood dries, then flog her." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed: "Establish the prescribed punishments on those under your authority."
