الرجل يزني مملوكه، (يقام) عليه الحد أم لا؟Regarding the Man Whose Slave Commits Zina: Is Hadd Established?
Hadith 30151
٣٠١٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن عبيد اللَّه عن أبي هريرة وزيد بن خالد وشبل قالوا: كنا عند النبي ﷺ فسأله رجل عن الأمة تزني قبل أن تحصن قال: "اجلدوها، فإن زنت فاجلدوها" قال في الثالثة أو في الرابعة: "فبيعوها ولو بضفير" (١).
Hazrat Abu Huraira, Hazrat Shibl, and Hazrat Zaid bin Khalid narrate that we were with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when a man asked him about a slave woman who commits adultery before being married. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Flog her. Then if she commits adultery again, flog her. On the third or fourth time, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then sell her, even if it is for a rope made of hair.
